ps. just noticed the brown butter substitution--eager to try! Browned Miyoko's is ok, but it could be toastier/more fragrant.

Oh yes, lmk if it does anything for you! What’s also good is toasted powdered soy milk with coconut oil, but that’s a somewhat esoteric ingredient maybe! But good for bakes with brown butter!
